2022 Connecticut State Building and Fire Safety Codes
The 2022 Connecticut State Building Code incorporates the model codes listed below. This code applies to projects for which an application is made after October 1, 2022.

This spreadsheet shows side by side the requirements of the 2015, 2018 and 2021 International Energy Conservation Code and ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1 - 2016 and 2019. It is an Excel spreadsheet so the cells can be highlighted to indicate where changes are from the previous code or standard.
